ACHS Senior Kalli Gilkey has been accepted to State Fair Community College, Missouri State University, State Technical College of Missouri, and Ozarks Technical Community College. Kalli is not sure yet which school she will attend after graduation, but she intends to study agriculture and will likely focus on a trade profession. Kalli is also planning to obtain her Commercial Driver License (CDL) from True CDL Training in Nevada, MO. Congratulations, Kalli! We're proud of you.

Congratulations to Ravin Baumgarden! Ravin has completed her required high school courses and has been approved by the Board of Education to graduate at the end of this semester. Ravin is entering the 12-week Advanced Horseshoeing and Blacksmithing Program at Oklahoma Horseshoeing School in Purcell, OK. We commend her passion for the equine industry and know she has a bright future ahead of her!

On Wednesday, December 11th, the Senior Class participated in a FAFSA Frenzy. Attendees enjoyed a delicious brunch from Half Baked Take and Bakery while completing financial aid forms.
At the conclusion of the event, 15 seniors had successfully submitted their FAFSA and received a gift card to Casey's.
Reminder: A completed FAFSA is required for students to qualify for the A+ program and to apply for many scholarships. Local scholarships and scholarship search engines are linked on the senior page of our website.

Jon plans to study Agriculture with a focus in Marketing or Engineering at Iowa State University in Ames, IA. Congratulations, Jon!

On Wednesday, December 11th, the ACHS Senior Class will participate in a FAFSA Frenzy from 10:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. This event is for seniors and their parents/guardians to complete college financial aid forms. A completed FAFSA, regardless of income, is required for students to qualify for the A+ program and to apply for many scholarships.
All attendees will be served a catered breakfast meal from 1/2 Baked Take and Bakery. Information about this event was mailed home and shared in Google Classroom. If you have additional questions, please call or email Mrs. Deel.
